« Vocation is having one’s passion as a profession », said Stendhal. This adage has been taken to heart by the Louis family, who for three generations have pursued the wonderful adventure begun in 1959 by serving a gala medieval meal at the Palais des Papes.

Authenticity, love of a job well done and passion have been passed on from Helen to Eric and Arnaud, positioning the company as a real player in the regional economy and an exceptional partner in the organization of prestigious receptions in the Grand Sud. We are also the preferred partner for major sporting and institutional events. Firmly rooted in our region, we create a new collection every year, inspired by our chefs and made from rigorously selected, seasonal, locavore produce.
Our cooks are also trained in the best practices for preparing high-quality, tasty food for a healthier lifestyle.
